O R D E R

This writ petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the respondents no.1 to 3 to provide police protection for running the petitioner's Suresh Impacks Trust activities based on his representation dated 27.03.2024.

2. According to the petitioner, he sent a representation dated 27.03.2025 for police protection to the 3rd respondent, but the same has not been considered. Hence this petition.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents no.4 and 5 would submit that the petitioner is the tenant under the private respondents. The 4th respondent is aged about 80 years and 5th respondent is a bank official. While so, the petitioner without paying rent and in order to evade from payment of rent, has filed this petition for police protection. Therefore, the petitioner's representation cannot be Page No.2/4

considered.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents no.1 to 3 would submit that the representation of the petitioner is under enquiry and they will conduct enquiry and dispose of the same within one week.

5. Considering the prayer sought for in the petition and the representation of the petitioner is also pending with the 3rd respondent, this Court directs the 3rd respondent to conduct enquiry on the petitioner's representation dated 27.03.2025 and dispose of the same in accordance with law after affording an opportunity to both the parties within a period of one week from the date of this order.

6. With the above said observation and direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
