O R D E R

The petitioner has filed this criminal original petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking direction upon the third respondent to register a case, based on his complaint, dated 08.12.2015, under C.S.R.No.483 of 2015 and take appropriate action against the accused persons within a stipulated period.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. On reading of the complaint, dated 08.12.2015, it is seen that the petitioner has not even stated the date on which the alleged incident taken place. However, the respondent Police have https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

conducted an enquiry and closed the same on 16.02.2016. A copy of the closure report has been furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner across the bar.

4. Under such circumstances, this criminal original petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
