PRAYER: This petition is filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C to direct the second respondent to withdraw and transfer the investigation in Crime No.3 of 2015 pending on the file of the second respondent to the file of the third respondent and to file final report under the supervision of the first respondent within a stipulated time. O R D E R

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that earlier the very same petitioner had filed a criminal original petition in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.14600 of 2015 for the identical relief and this Court, by Order dated 05.01.2016, closed the petition on the ground that the investigation has been completed and final report has been filed against the accused. Without disclosing the same, the petitioner has filed the present criminal original petition for the same relief.

2. At this juncture, Mr.P.Krishnasamy, learned counsel, representing for Mr.C.Christopher, learned counsel on record for the petitioner, submitted that he is not pressing this criminal original petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. In view of the endorsement so made, the criminal original petition is dismissed as not pressed. Consequently, connected criminal miscellaneous petition is closed.
