ORDER : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.AR.L.SUNDARESAN SENIOR COUNSEL FOR M/S.AL.GANTHIMATHI, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.T.S.MOHAMED MOHIDEEN, Additional Government Pleader for the Respondents 2 & 3 the court made the following order:- [Order of the Court was made by K.K.SASIDHARAN,J.] The learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner is permitted to serve notice on the learned Counsel for the first respondent, who is on record in W.P.(MD)No.5271 of 2017, indicating that the Review Application will be taken up for hearing on 18September-2017.
2. In the meantime, Mr.T.S.Mohamed Mohideen, learned Additional Government Pleader is directed to take instructions from the respondents 2 and 3, as to whether any prior notice for eviction was issued before the disposal of the Writ Petition in W.P.(MD)No.5271 of 2017.
3. The Status quo as on today shall be preserved in the meantime.
