: Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to issue patta to the petitioner's punja land in Survey No.300/1, to an extent of Acre 1 Cents 60 situated at Pulivalam Village, Musiri Taluk, Tiruchirappalli District, by considering the petitioner's representations dated 24.06.2016, 04.09.2017 and 16.05.2018, within the period stipulated by this Court.

O R D E R

The petitioner seeks for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to issue patta to his punja land in Survey No.300/1, to an extent of Acre 1 Cents 60 situated at Pulivalam Village, Musiri Taluk, Tiruchirappalli District, by considering his representations dated 24.06.2016, 04.09.2017 and 16.05.2018, within the time stipulated by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

Without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued to the second respondent to verify the revenue and other records as to its classification, ownership, possession, enjoyment, rival claims, civil disputes etc., in respect of the property and conduct an enquiry after affording opportunity of personal hearing to all the parties interested, for the purpose of survey of the land and pass orders, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. The Writ Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
