The petitioner has filed this criminal original petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking direction upon the second respondent to register a case, based on her complaint, dated 23.03.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents that on 16.04.2016 a case has been registered in Crime No.14 of 2016, for the offences punishable under Sections 417, 376, 294(b) and 506(1) I.P.C., on the basis of the petitioner's complaint dated 23.03.2016. The said statement is recorded.
