This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction to the second respondent not to harass the petitioner under the guise of enquiry.

When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) submitted that there is neither a case registered nor a petition enquiry is pending against the petitioner herein and hence, there is no question of harassing him by the respondent Police under the guise of enquiry.
