ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners are arrayed as accused and they were arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 02.04.2016 for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 147, 341, 294(b), 323, 427 IPC and Section 3(1)(r)(s) of SC / ST (POA) Act, 2015 in Crime No.214 of 2016 on the file of the respondent Police and hence, seek bail. 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners are in custody from 02.04.2016 onwards and a false case has been foisted against them.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. side) would submit that investigation is pending.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ is inclined to grant bail to the petitioners with certain conditions.

5.Accordingly, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail on condition that the petitioners shall deposit a sum of Rs.5,000/- before the concerned Court and also on executing a bond each for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Sivagangai, and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the concerned Court on all working days at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
