PRAYER To Amend the prayer in W.P.(MD).No. 30839 of 2024 as below and thus render justice. To issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the Impugned Government Order in G.O.241, Health and Family Welfare (A1) Department, dated 07.03.2025 issued by the 1st respondent, Quash the same and further direct the 1st respondent to promote him in the post of Associate Professor in Community Medicine in any one of the available vacancy under the 2nd respondent Directorate of Medical Education, with effect from the date of promotion of his juniors, by considering his Seniority in Serial No. 8727/ CML 2022 and his representation dated 22.11.

2024 instead of to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent Secretary to include the petitioners name in the panel for the post of Associate Professor of Community Medicine for the year 2023-24 approved by the 1st respondent vide G.O.(D).No. 1220 Health and Family Welfare (A1) Department dated 15.11.2024 and to promote him to the post of Associate Professor in Community Medicine in any one of the available vacancy under the 2nd respondent Directorate of Medical Education, by considering his Seniority in Serial No. 8727/ CML 2022 and his representation of the petitioner dated 22.11.2024.
