ORDER

The wife who is the respondent in H.M.O.P.No.743 of 2016, pending on the file of Family Court, Madurai, is the Petitioner. She seeks transfer of the said proceedings to the file of Family Court at Chennai.

2.Even in the original petition filed before Family Court, Madurai, wife is shown as a permanent resident of Chennai. 3.Considering the convenience of the wife, proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.743 of 2016 is withdrawn from the file of Family Court, Madurai and transferred to the file of Family Court at Chennai. The Family Court, Madurai is directed to despatch the papers in H.M.O.P.No.743 of 2016 to the file of Family Court, Chennai within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The said Court shall assign this case to the appropriate Court at Chennai.

4.With the above directions, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
