ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner has filed this petition seeking anticipatory bail.

2.It appears that till date no FIR has been registered. The matter is pending for petitioner's side enquiry. The complaint has been given by one Sakthivel, father of Kokila. It appears that the petitioner and the said Kokila loved each other. 3.The case of the petitioner is that the present decision of Kokila to leave him has been brought about under coercive circumstances.

4.This Court called upon both the parties be present. The https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ petitioner and the said Kokila had a brief conversation in my

presence. The said Kokila said that she had no interest to be with him. Hence, the petitioner should accept the same. He should get along with his own life. The petitioner has accepted this decision and undertook not to interfere in her life. Since the issue between them is amicably settled a direction is given to the respondent to close the enquiry. With this above direction this petition is closed.
