Mr.S.Kumar, learned Additional Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents and by consent of both the parties, the main Writ Petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission.

2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents.

3. The petitioner seeks for a direction to the second respondent to consider his representation dated 26.08.2015 for grant of patta in respect of the land situated in S.No.823/1B and 824/5 in Rayagiri Part-I, Village, Sivagiri Taluk, Tirunelveli District. 4.The grievance of the petitioner is that even though the first respondent has forwarded the petitioner's representation to the second respondent on 09.09.2015, till this date, the second respondent has not considered and passed any orders. Therefore, without going to the merits of the contentions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, I only direct the second respondent to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

consider the representation of the petitioner dated 26.08.2015 and pass orders on the same and in accordance with law, after hearing the rival claimant if any. Such exercise shall be done by the second respondent within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
