Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorari, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned charge memo dated 09.07.2020 issued by the 5th respondent and quash the same. The learned counsel for the petitioner has fairly submits that pending Writ Petition, the department has proceeded with the enquiry and concluded the same with a punishment of order of dismissal and the order of dismissal has also been challenged by the petitioner in WP(MD)No.3260 of 2021.

2.In view of the subsequent development, nothing survives for adjudication in this Writ Petition. Therefore, this Writ Petition is dismissed, with liberty to the petitioner to raise all the grounds in the above Writ Petition, if he is so advised. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
