This writ petition has been filed for the issue of a writ of mandamus directing the first respondent to dispose the proceedings in 1/4
Na.Ka.No.A2/8098/2021 dated 09.12.2021, within the time period fixed by this Court.
2.Heard Mr.S.Srikanth, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.B.Thanga Aravindh, learned Government Advocate appearing behalf of the first respondent.
3.Considering the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, if the proceedings before the first respondent has not been completed, the same shall be concluded after giving opportunity to all the parties concerned within a period of eight weeks.
