ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the accused persons came in an auto, hit the defacto complainant's vehicle and broke his teeth. He further submits that the accused persons attacked the defacto complainant on his 1/3
private part and caused injuries. The injured was discharged from the hospital on 22.03.2024. No previous case is pending against the petitioner. 2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not come in auto. He is an innocent person and not connected with the issue.
3. Considering the submission that the petitioner is not having antecedents, interim anticipatory bail is granted with a condition that the petitioner should appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 am until further orders. 4.Post the matter next week.
