ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner and her family members for life and limb based on the petitioners representation on 27.03.2024

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the husband of the petitioner obtained money from the public for arranging loan and thereafter he neither arranged loan nor repaid the amount, thereby lodged complaint against the husband of the petitioner . In the meantime the petitioner has sent a representation dated 27.03.2024 and the same was already considered and closed and thereby nothing survives for further adjudication in this case.
