ORDER

The petitioner is the wife. She seeks transfer of the H.M.O.P.No.835 of 2016 on the file of the Family Court, Madurai to the Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai.

2.Though the husband would oppose the transfer it is admitted that the wife is residing at Chennai and she has a three months old child.

3.The husband would object to the allegations made in the affidavit filed in support of the transfer petition. Those allegations are not considered for the purpose of this transfer. 4.Considering the above, the application for transfer is ordered and H.M.O.P.No.835 of 2016 is withdrawn from the file of the Family Court, Madurai and transferred to the Principal Judge, Family Court, Chennai. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
