To grant extension of time in Crl.O.P.(MD) NO.17140/2018 dated 26/09/2018 enabling the petitioner to surrender and furnish the sureties before learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruvaiyaru, Thanjavur District.
Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.J.PRICILLA PANDIAN, Advocate for the petitioner in both the petitions and of MR.V.NEELAKANDAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent in both the petitions, the court made the following order:- Heard both sides.
2.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition in Crl.M.P.(MD) No.8531 of 2018, two weeks time is granted from today.
3.However, considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is not inclined to modify the conditions already imposed as against the petitioner.
