Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The petitioner is a resident of Vellanaikottai. She was enjoying water service connection for the petition mentioned house. Since there was a dispute involving the neighbour, it came to be disconnected. Receiving water is a fundamental amenity. It cannot casually be interfered with. The second respondent is directed to restore the petition mentioned water service connection forthwith and without any delay.
