O R D E R
This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.03.2025 and consequently direct the second respondent to investigate and take necessary action as per law as against the respondents 3 and 4 and others.
2.According to the petitioner, he lodged the complaint as against the third respondent before the second respondent and the same has not been considered. Hence this petition.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that the petitioner's representation is 2/5
under consideration and the same will be considered and disposed of within a period of fifteen days.
4.Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in this petition, this Court, without even issuing notice to the private respondent, is inclined to pass order.
5.Since the prayer of the petitioner is to consider his representation and take action against the third respondent and the same is pending with the second respondent, he is directed to consider the petitioner's representation and dispose of the same within a period of fifteen days from the date of this order in accordance with law. 6.With the above observations and direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
