The petitioner with certain grievances regarding a shop has submitted a representation dated 10.08.2022 and filed this writ petition for a mandamus to consider the petitioner's representation.

2.This Court without expressing anything on the merits of the matter directs the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 10.08.2022 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3.The writ petition is disposed of in the above terms. No costs.
