measure the petitioners land and fix the four boundaries in S.F.No. 8/14A2 situated at Silukkapatti Village, Kalayarkoil Taluk, Sivagangai District based on considering the petitioner's online application vide his E-Challan No. 2025/0123/23/ 007315 on 10.03.2025 and give the police protection on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated on 11.03.2025 within a stipulated time in accordance with law. ORDER

The petitioner has sought for a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents 1 & 2 to conduct survey based on the petitioner's application dated 11.03.2025. The petitioner also apprehends objections by neighbouring land owners, who have been arrayed as respondents 4 to 7 and therefore, seeks police protection from the third respondent.

2. Considering the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents 1 & 2 to conduct survey after taking necessary 2/4

assistance from the third respondent, if warranted, and pass final orders on the petitioner's application dated 11.03.2025, after putting on notice to the private respondents 4 to 7 and after hearing their objections, if any. The said exercise shall be carried out within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this roder. No costs. Index : Yes / No NCC : Yes / No 03.04.2025 am To
