This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondent No.2 to final report in Crime No.16 of 2024. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner, an FIR in crime No.16/20247 has been registered, for the offences under Sections 489A, 323 and 354A of IPC. After investigation, final report has been filed before the Jurisdictional Magistrate Court.
