PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents no.1 to 3 to conduct the enquiry regarding the removal the same of the 6th to 11th respondents and to issue the separate patta in favour me to an extent of 8 cents in Survey No.531/3 and the application No.2025/0154/29/001776 dated 08.03.2025 is pending vide can No.133290224167170 and consequently, consider my representation, dated 12.03.2025. Heard Mr.S.Muthumalairaja, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mrs.S.Jeyapriya, learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondents 1 to 5. 2.The petitioner seeks for removal of names of the respondents 6 to 11 from the patta and issue separate patta to the petitioner in respect of lands measuring 8 cents comprised in S.No.531/3. The petitioner has made an application on 08.03.2025 in this regard and also followed it up with a further representation on 12.03.2025.

3.Considering the limited relief sought for by the Writ Petitioner, the Writ Petition is is disposed of directing the third respondent to pass orders on the petitioner's application dated 08.03.2025 and representation dated 12.03.2025 after hearing the petitioner as well as private respondents 6 to 11. The third respondent shall pass final orders on merits and in accordance with after conducting such enquiry within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
