Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to fixing higher seniority to the fourth respondent in the temporary cadre post of Senior Superintendent with an impugned proceeding of the third respondent, dated 01.12.2017 in Memo No.Estt-I/Admn.1/P&A/2017 and also relating to the impugned order of temporary promotion in respect of the fourth respondent for the post of Assistant Registrar by the third respondent dated 01.12.2017, in his Memo No.EsttI/Admn.I/P&A/2017, quash the same and consequently, direct the respondents 1 to 3 herein to promote the petitioner for the post of Assistant Registrar on the basis of seniority list followed up to Superintendent level cadre based on the original seniority fixed on 14.11.2005.
