ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed to quash the first information report in Cr.No.28 of 2025 pending on the file of the first respondent Police.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent would submit that the investigation in this case has been completed and on 09.04.2025, a final report has also been filed through E.Filing, before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sankarankovil.

3.Recording the above submission, this criminal original petition is closed with liberty to challenge the final report in the manner known to law. The trial Court is expected to take up the final report on file, without any delay.
