ORDER
The petitioner has filed this criminal original petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking direction upon the respondent to register a case, based on his complaint, dated 17.03.2016, within a stipulated period.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent.
3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) has submitted that on the complaint, dated 17.03.2016, lodged by the petitioner, petition enquiry was conducted and the same was closed on 23.02.2016. 4. Recording the same, this criminal original petition is
closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
