Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the 2nd respondent to number the petition filed by the petitioner under Sec. 63(b) of Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowment Act, 1959 before the 2nd respondent's office seeking to appoint him as hereditary trustee of the above said temples and considering the petitioner representation on 15.02.2024.

2. Learned Special Government Pleader Mr.Subburaj submits that the petition under Sec.63(b) of the HR&CE Act, 1959 will be numbered and disposed as expeditiously as possible by the 2nd respondent within a period of 8 weeks. Recording the above submission, writ petition stands disposed of by directing the 2nd respondent to pass appropriate orders. Page No. 2 of 4

3. In view of the above, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
