ORDER

The petitioner has filed this criminal original petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking direction upon the first respondent to direct the second respondent to register a case, based on her complaint, dated 15.02.2016.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. It is submitted by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents that though the petitioner lodged a complaint on 15.02.2016, subsequently on 24.04.2016 she entered appearance before the second respondent and submitted that she is withdrawing the complaint, dated 15.02.2016, and she would not have any dispute with the landlord.
