This Writ Petition has been filed seeking a direction to the first respondent to implead the petitioner's grandfather`s name, namely Sivasankaralinga Pandia Chinnaiyasamy Nayacker, in the death certificate of his grandmother, namely Jameentharani @ Bangarammal in the column relating to the husband`s name and to issue the same to the petitioner, based on his representation dated 15.03.2023.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent would submit that the death certificate has already been issued to the petitioner by including the name of Sivasankaralinga Pandia Chinnaiyasamy Nayacker, the grandfather of the petitioner, in the death certificate of his grandmother namely Jameentharani @ Bangarammal in the column relating to the husband's name. The said death certificate was also produced before this Court.

3. In view of the above, no further orders are required to be passed in this writ petition and the same stands dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.
