Considering the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of, directing the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 31.12.2024 and pass final orders, on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing the petitioner and other interested parties, if any, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
