O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent police to execute the warrant against the 2nd Respondent in DV.No.01 of 2019 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Melur dated 21.02.2024 in Crl.M.P.No. 2125 of 2022. 2.According to the Petitioner, she is the complainant in D.V.No.01 of 2019 case on the file of Judicial Magistrate, Melur. Due to non-appearance of the 2nd respondent, NBW was issued on 21.02.2024 by the trial Court and the same is pending without execution. Therefore, this petition has been filed. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police would submit that NBW was issued on 21.02.2024. If any fresh warrant is issued by the trial Court by fixing a particular date, they will execute the same in accordance with law. 4.Considering the prayer sought for by the petitioner and NBW is pending against the 2nd Respondent, it is for the Trial Court to issue NBW against the 2nd respondent by mentioning a particular date 2/4

and thereafter, 1st Respondent is directed to execute the same in accordance with law.

5.With the above observations and directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
