Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.G.THALAIMUTHARASU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.V.NEELAKANDAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to extend the time to surrender and execute the sureties before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Rajapalayam, in Crl.M.P(MD)No.8523 of 2018, dated 13.11.2017.

2.Earlier, this Court granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner by an order dated 13.11.2017, in Crl.OP(MD)No.15446 of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 2017.

3.After a lapse of 11 months, the petitioner has filed this petition, seeking for extension of time. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
