Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issuance of a writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to ensure the safety and of the life of the petitioners husband, namely Mr.Suyambulingam, from the hands of the police personals based on the petitioners representation dated 20.01.2017.

JUDGMENT

[Judgment of the Court was delivered by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] By consent, the writ appeal itself is taken up for final disposal.

2.Heard Mr.Ananth C.Rajesh, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.VR.Shanmuganathan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3.We do not find any error in the order passed by the learned Single Judge as there is a Non-Bailable Warrant pending in Cr.No.158 of 2013 meaning thereby the respondents are in search of the husband of the petitioner. In such view of the matter, there is a specific direction as rightly held by the learned Single Judge, however, the respondents 4 & 5 are directed to take appropriate steps to execute the Non-Bailable Warrant. 4.In view of the above, the writ appeal is dismissed. No costs.
