Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.M.MAKESH KUMARAVEL, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Court, by order dated 15.06.2020, in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.6257 of 2020, directed the petitioners to appear before the learned Judge, E.C and N.D.P.S Court, Pudukkottai, within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready. According to the petitioner, due to lock down owing to COVID-19 pandemic situation, the petitioner was unable to appear before the Magistrate concerned with two sureties, within the stipulated time and hence, the present petition has been filed seeking extension of time.

2. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, time granted by this Court vide order dated 15.06.2020 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.6257 of 2020 is extended by two weeks from today. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
