ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is arrayed as sole accused and he was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 20.02.2016 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 302 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code, in Crime No.34 of 2016 on the file of the respondent Police and hence, seeks bail.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is in custody for more than 59 days and a false case has been foisted against him.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation is almost over.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the petitioner is in judicial custody from 20.02.2016, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand

only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sathankulam and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
