The petitioner filed this petition for relaxing the bail condition imposed by this Court on this petitioner in Crl.A(MD) No.202 of 2020 dated 09.07.2020.

CRL MP(MD). No.3987 of 2020 petitioner is abiding the condition imposed by this Court without any deviation and prayed the condition to be relaxed.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor fairly admitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is relaxed and this petition is allowed.
