The petitioner has filed this criminal original petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, seeking quashment of the proceedings in Crime No.421 of 2015, on the file of the first respondent Police.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that after completion of investigation in Crime No.421 of 2015, the first respondent Police have filed a final report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Tuticorin, on 11.04.2016, and the same is yet to be taken on file.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), this criminal original petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

manner known to law. Consequently, connected criminal miscellaneous petition is closed.
