Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a writ of Mandamus directing the official respondents especially the 5th respondent to give necessary police protection to the petitioner for executing and completing the construction work as per the four work orders dated 06.01.2017 issued to the petitioner, till the completion of the project and pass appropriate orders.

JUDGMENT

[Judgment of the Court was made by K.RAVICHANDRABAABU,J.] In this Writ Appeal, though notice was served on the first respondent/Writ Petitioner, he has not chosen to appear before this Court either in person or through counsel. His name is also printed in the cause-list today.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the appellants and the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 2 to 7. 3.It is represented by both sides that as against the very same order passed by the Writ Court, another Writ Appeal in W.A(MD) No.1052 of 2017 was filed and the same was disposed of on 11.10.2017. The said Writ Appeal was filed by the respondents 1 to 6 in the Writ Petition. The Division Bench of this Court allowed the said Writ Appeal and set aside the order passed by the Writ Court. Therefore, the present Writ Appeal filed by the respondents 7 to 13 is also disposed of in terms of the order already passed in W.A(MD) No.1052 of 2017, dated 11.10.2017 4.The Writ Appeal is disposed of accordingly.
