O R D E R

This petition is filed to direct the 2nd respondent to register the case on the petitioner's complaint, dated 25.02.2016 and to investigate the same and also direct to file a final report.

2.When the matter is taken up, Mr.K.P.Narayanakumar, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre, attached to this Bench, the husband has agreed to pay Rs.6,00,000/- to his wife, the petitioner herein. Out of the said amount, Rs.3,00,000/- has already been paid and the remaining amount will be paid by the husband, at the time of filing of consent divorce petition under Section 13B of the Hindu Marriage Act.

3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) for the respondents.
