3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police has submitted that on 15.01.2016, the respondent Police has filed a charge sheet in Crime No.490 of 2015, before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Dindigul, but the same has not yet been taken on file.
