Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner is a retired employee. He is a member of the New Health Insurance scheme. He was affected due to Covid and he took treatment. He seeks reimbursement. The petitioner states that relevant documents have been submitted to the third respondent.

3. The second respondent is directed to process the same and forward it to the fourth respondent. The fourth respondent shall consider the petitioner's claim and pay, what according to them is eligible and the petitioner can receive the same without prejudice to his contentions. The 2/4

3 W.P.(MD)NO.8412 OF 2023 entire exercise shall be completed within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
