ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner is the sole accused and he was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 28.10.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 449, 380 and 302 of I.P.C., in Crime No.469 of 2015 on the file of the respondent Police and hence, seeks bail.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is in custody from 28.10.2015 and a false case has been foisted against him.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the investigation has been completed and the charge sheet has been filed.

4. The learned counsel for the intervenor would submit that this is a murder for gain and the deceased is a old lady

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the petitioner is in judicial custody from 28.10.2015, the investigation is over and the charge sheet has been filed, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Thanjavur, and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Thanjavur, on every working day at 10.30 a.m until further orders. sd/- 22/04/2016 / TRUE COPY / https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
