[Order of the Court was made by K.KALYANASUNDARAM, J.] This habeas corpus petition has been filed praying for issuance of a Writ of Habeas Corpus directing the second respondent to produce the petitioner's daughter, namely, Vimala, aged about 17 years before this Court and handover her custody to the petitioner. 2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the petitioner as well as the detenue appeared through video conference, On enquiry, it is stated that the detenue was living with her parents for the past four days and she is willing to go with her father, viz., the petitioner herein.

H.C.P.(MD) No.532 of 2020 is required in this matter. Hence, this habeas corpus petition is closed.
