Heard the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

2. The petitioner alleges that the petition mentioned construction is coming up on a water body. Even in his representation dated 06.03.2023, the petitioner has alleged that construction is coming up in Survey No.198. There is nothing on record to show that Survey No.198 is a water body. No material has been placed before this Court. We are therefore not in a position to interfere.
