Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records from the respondent in the impugned order in Ref.No. 87484/E2/1/2015, dated 04.04.2016 and quash the same and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to promote the petitioner to the post of Assistant Professor in pharmacy.
