Writ Petitions are filed under article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to dispose of the pending application in M.P.No.30 of 2025 within a time frame stipulated by this Court and pass such further orders. ORDER

The prayer in the writ petition is innocuous inasmuch as it pleads for disposal of the pending application in MP No.30 of 2025 which is filed for recognizing the petitioner as the hereditary trustee.

2.When the matter came up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondents would submit that already enquiry has been conducted. As a matter of fact, third parties have also submitted an objections and they were also impleaded and the matter is in an advanced stage. The orders could not be passed only because the petitioner did not file the amended petition copy. 3.In reply thereof, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that they have already filed the amended petition copy. 4.Be that as it may, within two weeks from the date of receipt of the web copy of the order, the petitioner shall also file one more copy of the amended petition before the respondent. Upon filing of the same, the first respondent shall decide the application as expeditiously as possible, in any event not later than three months from the date of filing the application. It is made clear that the writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage, without notice to the third respondent, this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the matter.
