RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court may be pleased to Relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P(MD)No.7150 of 2020 dated 09.07.2020 on the file of this Hon'ble Court and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.A.THIRUVADI KUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Court, while granting bail to the petitioner by order dated 09.07.2020, imposed a condition to the effect that the petitioner should report before the respondent police once in a week, i.e., on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. Seeking to relax the condition, the present petition has been filed.

2. Heard both sides.

3.According to the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court from 13.07.2020 without fail.
