2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. The petitioner herein is the defacto complainant. The case itself has been taken cognizance by the Magistrate only in the year 2023. The witnesses have to be examined and reasonable opportunity to the accused has to be given. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition.
