Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the first respondent to initiate action against the 2nd respondent and remove him from the post of Panchayat President from Soornam Panchayat, Sivagangai District, as per the relevant provisions of Tamil Nadu Panchayat Act and by taking into account of the petitioner's complaint dated 30.08.2013 for the irregularities committed by him.

[Order of the Court was made by S.NAGAMUTHU, J.] The petitioner has come up with this Writ Petition seeking a direction to the first respondent to initiate action against the 2nd respondent and remove him from the post of Panchayat President from Soornam Panchayat, Sivagangai District.
